Design Consultation: $75 per hour

Interior Redesign
Transform your home with what you own! A unique service using existing furnishing and accessories to achieve you own “style”. With your permission I will “shop” your home unearthing hidden treasures that may be incorporated into the new look. I then arrange the room to complement the architectural details and the focal point keeping in mind your desires and lifestyle. Balance is achieved by implementing sound design principals.
One Room Redesign: $250
Additional Rooms: $125 on the same day
Assistant (if required): $15 per hour

Your Personal Decorating Plan
Not sure where to start? My specialty is to create a truly custom plan for virtually any room in your home. I begin your project with careful attention to detail and nothing is overlooked. This plan is great for the “do it yourself” person.

My decorating plan includes:

• Measuring space, furniture and windows
• Detailed space planning keeping the existing furniture
• Fabric selection
• Paint recommendation
• Proper lighting and accessories
• The Design Board is presented and yours to keep

Design Plan: $350 per room plan only

Real Estate Staging
I will present your home in its best light, while utilizing your existing furnishings. Together we can help you make the strongest possible first impression for potential buyers by providing an objective view on everything from the curb to the interior décor. A home that has been professionally staged is clean, organized, and clutter free. Furniture and accessories are repositioned for proper balance and flow to give the best visual impact. The staging will be completed with a few finishing touches such as the inviting scents of home baked cookies, music and lighting. How you live in your home and how you market your home is NOT the same thing. First impressions count and you may not get a second chance! Additional Rooms: $100 on the same day

Entire Home: $ 750 up to 3000 square feet, please request a quote for larger homes
